Problem
Casting operations needed unified tracking from shop floor to billing without disconnected tools.
Approach
- Designed ERP modules for barcode scanning, inventory, and invoicing.
- Built reporting dashboards and export flows for daily operations.
- Collaborated on UX wireframes before implementation.
Results
- Centralized material and invoice workflows in one system.
- Gave managers faster visibility through dashboards and reports.
